These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to amend these terms where necessary.
2. Production & Lead Times
Each garment is created in limited quantities or made to order, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful, responsible production.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch.

Lead times may vary depending on material availability and production schedules.

Should any significant delays arise, we will inform you as soon as possible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines as part of our slow production process.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Northern Ireland using trusted courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier related delays.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your order:
Returned items will be refunded (minus delivery and any other costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s payment method, excluding shipping costs, and processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
5. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in clean condition

In perfect, re-sellable state

With all original garment tags attached

Returned in their original packaging
We kindly ask that garments are tried on with care. Items returned in a condition that renders them unsellable will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own cost.
If returning part of a set, the complete set must be returned in full and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to availability.

Please contact us prior to returning your item to arrange an exchange.

If the requested piece is unavailable, a refund will be issued in line with our policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including images where possible.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
8. Fabric & Product Variation
Many of our fabrics are made using natural fibres and traditional processes, including hand dyeing and sun drying.
As such, each piece carries its own subtle character:

Variations in tone, texture, and finish are to be expected

Irregularities may occur as a result of the handmade process
These distinctions are considered an integral part of the garment and not defects, but rather a reflection of its craftsmanship and origin.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
10. Liability
We take care to ensure all product descriptions and imagery are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of materials and production.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Consumer Rights (UK)
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
